    • eSupport is an 'on-demand' desktop support facility for both Small Business and Enterprise clients.
  • How does eSupport work?
    • eSupport uses your internet connection and web browser. You need to navigate to www.ncitech.com.au/esupport_login and enter the NCI Technologies provided PIN into the eSupport panel. Then, a small program is downloaded that permits temporary access to your computer via a secure internet channel. An NCI Technologies technician can then obtain important information about computer configuration and performance, and can even view your desktop to see important error messages. It's like having a computer expert right there with you!
  • Who can use eSupport?
    • The Remote Desktop Subscription Service (RDSS) offered through eSupport is directed to Small to Medium Businesses, and to Corporate clients. The critical uptime requirements of business necessitates 'on demand' technical support. Home Office users that rely heavily on computer reliability can also use eSupport.
